The annual Energy Awards, which will be presented in the annual event of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE Tunisia Chapter) are officially open for nominations.
Submit your applications to the AEE Energy awards and stand a chance of being presented in our annual event and being nominated for Energy Awards in the World Energy Engineering Congress (WEEC).
You can apply to one ore more of the following categories by submitting the form below.
Energy Engineer of the year
Presented to an individual for outstanding accomplishments in promoting the practices, principles
and procedures of energy engineering, and for superior service to the Association. The recipient
must be a registered professional engineer.
Corporate Energy Management
Presented to a private sector corporation, agency, or organization for outstanding accomplishments in developing, organizing, managing and implementing its corporate energy management program, and for superior service to the Association.
Institutionnal Energy Management
Presented to a public sector institution, agency or organization such as City, Country, State or University,etc. for outstanding accomplishments in developing, organizing, managing and implementing its comprehensive energy management program, and for superior service to the Association.
Research / Graduation project in Energy
Presented to a student for his research or graduation project providing added value in the field of energy
Energy Manager of the year
Presented to an individual for outstanding accomplishments in promoting the practices, principles of energy management and development, and for superior service to the Association. Usually awarded to a corporate director of energy or energy manager performing duties for an industrial firm, or building owner/manager.
Energy Project of the year
Presented for an energy project developed and installed in the Region that has been in operation for at least six months and able to be substantiated with actual installation costs and operating savings. The project is often recognized for its first-of-a-kind approach in the location where it has been installed. However, even more conventional projects with significant success (savings and/or visibility) are also eligible. Because the awards are based on installed and successful projects, future plans and goals are not considered.
Women in Energy Award
Presented for a female owned or led company delivering products or services in the energy industry. This need not be restricted to energy efficiency but can include any form of sustainable energy solutions. The successes of this nominee should be substantiated with saving in terms of cost or investments in energy solutions, energy savings, financial savings and carbon emission reduction.
This nomination should include a testimonial to support the contribution or successes achieved through the efforts of this nominee.
This award introduced to give recognition and advance the special role played by a female in leading a project in relation to a company, energy services company or in their role as Energy manager or professional.
Innovative Energy Project of the Year
Presented for an innovative energy project (includes renewables and green projects, and those making significant impact on climate change) that has been in operation for at least six months and can be substantiated with actual installation, operating costs and achievements. This is a broad category, and all projects are given fair consideration.
Energy Innovator of the year
Presented to an individual for outstanding achievement and innovation in promoting the adoption of renewable, green, or other innovative energy technologies.
